  Daily RDI

Supplements are cool, they allow for you to ensure you are getting all the right vitamins that your body needs- especially in times when time is limited.

However, let’s not forget about all the yummy, delicious foods mother nature provides us with. They too, are packed with an exorbitant number of vitamins.

So… coming from a food lover, why not get to have your cake and eat it too? Why not get to eat your food and get to benefit from their bountiful nutrients?

And when eaten correctly, you should maintain healthy equilibrium and maybe even get to your healthy weight, and/or maintain or lose it.

Now let’s talk about the Daily RDI, what that stands for, and how we can apply that into our lives.
