We all need food for survival. Facts. However, not all foods are created equal. Some foods can be beneficial for us, while for others, although they may be healthy, can have negative effects.
Beans
Beans contain oligosaccharides, which being a FODMAP food makes it more challenging to digest, as well as being high in fiber, which can create uneasy bloating and overt fullness. A simple and yet somewhat effective solution would be to soak the beans before cooking and eating them. This allows for better digestion.
Carbonated Drinks
Who doesn’t love a good bubbly? I do. But, however, those little bubbles, the carbon dioxide gas in then, they can create that bloating feeling.
While I would recommend drinking carbonated drinks in moderation, if you find that you are getting too bloated from them try drinking something else, a little bit less carbonated.
